As a local company, we started our business life in 1984 as real estate and construction office. In this period, we played an important role in the establishment and construction of the Dadya Yapı cooperative and the teachers cooperative.
Our company has become corporate in parallel with growing real estate sector in Datca. We had to work and learn more and follow the developing sector. In order to provide more professional services, we have become a Limited Company in 1995.

Our company is located in Datca which serve as a real estate and investment consultancy, does all the jobs related with constructions, plans, construction agreement in return for land share projects, custom turnkey projects and build-and-sell system.
